An existing order
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For orders linked to your account, you can view the order and any tracking details in My account.
A product enquiry
Send our HC product code, the product link or a manufacturer part number if available, together with the appliance make and model. A clear photograph of the part label can also help.
For installation or fault diagnosis, consult a suitably qualified professional.
A return or cancellation
Email your order number, the item concerned and what you would like us to do. For a damaged, incorrect or faulty item, describe the issue and attach photographs if available.
An account is not required to contact us.
